Rosie O’Donnell’s Son Marries ‘The Love of His Life’ at Charming Wedding in Front of Family: 50+ Photos
A son of Rosie O’Donnell wed his sweetheart in an exquisite wedding ceremony.
Many beautiful images of the fun-filled event with relatives have been circulated online.
In a lovely ceremony on August 16, Blake Christopher O’Donnell promised Teresa Garofalow Westervelt, now O’Donnell, a lifetime of love, akin to a page out of an enchanted fairytale. The couple said “I do,” surrounded by their loved ones’ admiration and support, and their family members could not be more delighted or pleased.
The occasion’s beauty is captured in stunning photos that the lovely bride, dashing groom, their well-known relatives, and the event organizers posted online.
“☁️[Dancing] on cloud nine, and we want to stay there forever. It was impossible to contain the amount of love that filled the day of August 16, 24! 🥰 Teresa wrote in a post, “We are overcome with all of the love and joy that surrounded us on our wedding day, and our hearts are so full seeing how much fun everyone had!”
She went on to say, “We [couldn’t] have asked for a more magical day, and are blessed to have so many people who love us.”
“Magical” is the ideal term to characterize Blake and Teresa’s wedding. Their wedding was one to remember, from the exquisite flower arrangements scattered around the space to the opulently furnished ballroom where guests partied into the night.
Teresa was dressed in a stunning lace wedding gown for her special day. The dress was long-sleeved, white, and slightly transparent, revealing a little skin peeking through.
The young ladyesque lower portion of the dress was blown up with tulle and had more lace patterns. Teresa accessorized her appearance with a dainty veil over her head.
She framed her face with loosely curled hair strands and accessorized it with exquisite cosmetics. Her remaining multicolored hair was pulled back into a bun. Teresa brought a lovely arrangement of white and purple flowers in addition to her exquisite diamond jewelry.
Blake chose to dress in a dapper black and white suit to match his wife’s sophistication and style. Along with a black bow tie, formal white dress shirt, formal shoes, and what seemed like a flower sticking out of the front pocket of his suit jacket, he accessorized his look.
Inside, in front of their officiant, with the company of their attractive bridesmaids and handsome groomsmen, Blake and Teresa exchanged vows. Gorgeous white flowers adorned their altar, which did not come together to make an arch at the top.
It would be an understatement to say that Blake’s parents were thrilled to see their son become a husband; they are truly proud. His famous mother, Rosie O’Donnell, has boasted about her son’s big day in a number of photos and captions that she has posted.

In addition to Rosie’s posts, Blake’s stepmother, Anne Steele, published her own photos. Anne Steele is the mother of Blake and the ex-wife of Rosie Carpenter. Anne is a singer, so she sang at the wedding as well, which gave the event even more tenderness.
Her photos show everything from Blake and Kelli doing a mother-son dance to tender, private moments spent with Teresa and other loved ones in the bride’s dressing room.
“It’s confirmed! The love of our son Blake’s life, Teresa, is now his wife. Her caption begins, “It was a perfect day filled with love surrounded by family and so many friends.”

Similar to Anne, Rosie and Blake engaged in a mother-son dance. It appears from the caption of one of her postings, which features the two swaying on the dance floor, that they danced to “Time After Time,” a song by the late singer Cyndi Lauper.
There are also some pictures showing how lively the wedding reception was. Guests were observed having a great time after the bride and groom’s first dance on the dance floor filled with smoke.
Teresa, who had changed into a different clothing and footwear for the celebration, is seen in one particularly memorable picture leaping up and down beside the DJ booth while sparkles burst next to them.
In addition, Rosie posted behind-the-scenes photos of herself having a good time both before and during the wedding with several O’Donnell family members.
She also shared a photo of the couple’s “memory table,” a unique addition to their wedding that served as a memorial to loved ones who were unable to join them in celebrating.
The portrait of Rosie featured a sentimental plaque with a brief biography of her late mother, Roseanne O’Donnell, Blake’s grandma.
Additional photos showcase the enjoyment had at the December 2022 wedding of the couple who became engaged.
In a post that Rosie O’Donnell uploaded, she claims that Blake Christopher O’Donnell proposed to her while they were both attending a performance of “The Phantom of the Opera,” which also included celebrated politician Hillary Clinton.
“My son Blake asked his girlfriend Teresa to marry him last night, and she said yes! The audience cheered, and [Hillary Clinton] was present as well. “[I] sobbed throughout ‘[Phantom] of the [Opera]’, wishing my mom was here to witness it all #love #family ❤️❤️❤️,” wrote the pleased mother, who shared custody of her four children with Kellie after their three-year marriage ended.
